This policy explains how WSP Capital (“we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through this website. Questions: support@wspcap.com.
What we collect
We collect only what you give us through the Site's forms, plus basic technical data:
- Contact form: your name, email address and message.
- Request a call: your name and email address, and optionally your phone number, brokerage, approximate account size and what you hope to accomplish.
- Book a call: your name and email address, optionally your phone number and a message, and the time you choose.
- Waitlists: your name and email address, and optionally the crypto you are interested in, or your prop firm and funded amount.
- Technical data: like most websites, our servers and hosting providers receive data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request.
How we use it
- to answer your questions and arrange or hold a call
- to judge whether the service is a fit for you
- to tell you when a waitlist opens
- to keep the Site secure and working
- to meet legal and record-keeping obligations
Who sees it
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with companies that host or operate the Site and our systems, when the law requires it, in a sale or reorganization of our business, or with your consent.
The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google's servers when you visit. Google's own privacy policy governs what it does with that request.
Cookies
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on the Site. The Site may keep small settings in your browser, such as display preferences.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as we need them for the purposes above and to meet legal and record-keeping obligations.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limiting access to the people who need it. No system is completely secure.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email support@wspcap.com. Depending on where you live you may have further rights under local privacy law.
Children
The Site is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy by posting a new version here with a new date.
