About these terms
These terms cover your use of this website (the “Site”), operated by WSP Capital (“WSP Capital”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
What the Site is
The Site describes WSP Capital's automated futures trading service and lets you ask questions, request or book a call, and join waitlists. Access to the service is by application and is subject to our review. We may decline any application.
No client relationship from the Site
Using the Site, submitting a form, requesting a call or booking a call does not create a client relationship or any commitment from you or from us. A relationship begins only when we confirm it with you directly.
Not advice
Nothing on the Site is investment, financial, tax or legal advice, a personal recommendation, or an offer or solicitation in any place where that would be unlawful. Whether the service suits you is your decision. Consider speaking to your own adviser.
Risk
Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You could lose more than you invest. Read our Risk Disclosure before you apply. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results, and we do not guarantee any result.
Third-party services and trademarks
The service works with brokers and other third parties, for example NinjaTrader®, Tradovate, TradeStation, Tastytrade and TradersPost. They are independent of us, their own terms govern your use of them, and we are not responsible for their services. NinjaTrader® is a registered trademark of NinjaTrader Group, LLC. Other names are the trademarks of their owners.
Using the Site
You agree not to:
- use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- try to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems, or disrupt them
- use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Site
- copy, resell or redistribute the content of the Site
Ownership of the Site
The text, logos and design of the Site belong to WSP Capital or its licensors. You may view them for your own personal use. Do not copy, republish or redistribute them without our written permission.
No warranty
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, WSP Capital is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for trading losses, arising from your use of the Site.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms by posting an updated version here with a new date. Using the Site after that means you accept the change.
